This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring all activities of the garment washing unit to ensure smooth operations, cost efficiency, and high-quality output. This role involves delegating work, ensuring safe and proper chemical usage, meeting customer requirements, and delivering washed garments on time while supporting continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily schedules and plan work for the washing unit.

• Delegate tasks to supervisors based on workload and priority requirements, and ensure proper follow-up.

• Ensure proper and safe usage of chemicals in all washing processes.

• Take initiatives to reduce washing costs without compromising quality.

• Ensure the quality of washing processes and timely delivery of orders.

• Assist in developing samples with required washes/treatments and provide alternative solutions where applicable.

• Assist in coordinating and managing developmental feedback from customers regarding quality and delivery issues.

• Ensure smooth communication with relevant departments for on-time execution of wash programs.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management as per the necessity of the washing unit.
