∎ Review and verify visa applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
∎ Assess applicants' eligibility based on relevant immigration laws and policies.
∎ Maintain detailed records of all visa applications and decisions.
∎ Provide guidance and updates to applicants regarding application status and required documentation.
∎ Stay updated on changes in visa policies, procedures, and international travel regulations.
∎ Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to visa processing efficiently.
∎ Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and premium details to clients.
∎ Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance plans based on their needs.
∎ Evaluate and verify client information and documentation for insurance eligibility.
∎ Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policies, and claims.
∎ Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
