Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Proven expertise in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of fare construction, ticketing procedures, and refund policies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a travel agency, OTA, or airline environment, or a fresher who has completed a recognized GDS course.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- Manage airline reservations and ticketing through GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or others).
- Handle issuance, reissuance, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy.
- Monitor fare rules, schedule changes, and PNR management for compliance and precision.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Provide high-quality support to agents and customers, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
