Experience:
All Documentation of Tax Token, Fitness, Registration of 200 Vehicles need to Up to date from BRTA.
Coordinate vehicle support for staff and senior management based on operational needs.
Provide rapid vehicle assistance to departments and sister concerns on short notice.
Ensure timely vehicle repairs and maintenance by liaising with the workshop team.
Distribute fuel credit slips to drivers for Octane/Diesel collection from approved suppliers.
Implement and periodically review KPL (Kilometers Per Liter) policies to maintain fuel efficiency standards.
Manage vehicle accidents and police cases in accordance with company policy.
Verify and prepare official bills for submission to the Finance & Accounts department.
Compile monthly driver overtime records using logbooks and digital apps, and forward to HR for processing.
Maintain and update all vehicle-related documentation, including driver license renewals, leave records, visits, and reconciliations.
Monitor driver speed compliance during duty hours and take corrective action for any violations.
Organize annual soft skills training to enhance driver professionalism and communication.
Arrange yearly health check-ups for all drivers to ensure fitness and well-being.
Promote and enforce safeguarding policies, ensuring all team actions align with organizational standards.
