Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors Limited is seeking an Executive – Training (Commercial Vehicle) to enhance technical service operations and drive sustainable skill development across the Commercial Vehicle segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in technical training programs and preparation of training materials.
Support PDI, warranty inspection, and troubleshooting of vehicles.
Assist in product development activities, including feedback collection and technical evaluation.
Support improvement of dealer and in-house TSA technical efficiency.
Coordinate with dealers and assist in field service activities.
Maintain training records and prepare reports.
Support spare parts identification and service operations.
