Job Context:
∎ Facilitating and coordinating Sales training`s to enhance the skills of the existing employees so that they can align themselves to the company’s goal.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales orientation for new employees of sales force.
∎ Facilitate different types of sales training's (specially SOs and DSRs training).
∎ Develop and update training modules.
∎ Develop new training methods and exercise.
∎ Assist for creating training calendar.
∎ Assist for conducting TNA.
∎ Find out training opportunities and provide all kind of support to organize trainings.
∎ Proofread and translate important documents and learning materials.
∎ Make short term and long term training plans.
∎ Summarize training feedback and send to the Sr. Manager, training.
∎ Support as per management training and development needs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Linguistic competence.
∎ Relevant softwares (Photoshop, MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook etc).
∎ Instructional Designing Skills.
∎ Sales Management Skills.
∎ Communication Skills.

Salary: Negotiable
