Additional Requirements:
  • Age 23 to 34 years
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).

  • Experience in reservations and ticketing, preferably in the travel industry.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Knowledge of global travel destinations and airline policies.

  • Experience with travel booking software and ticketing systems.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities & Context:

Reservations Handling:

  • Handle booking requests via phone, email, and online platforms.

  • Process reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.

  • Ensure accurate input of passenger details, travel dates, and preferences in the reservation system.

Ticketing:

  • Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

  • Process group bookings and ticketing in coordination with airlines and travel agents.

  • Ensure compliance with airline policies and fare rules during ticket issuance.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving travel-related queries and complaints.

  • Assist customers with changes in itineraries, cancellations, or refunds as needed.

  • Proactively communicate travel updates, delays, or other important information to clients.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, ticketing activities, and refunds.

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales and ticketing reports for management review.

Travel Documentation:

  • Assist customers in obtaining travel documentation such as visas, passports, and insurance.

  • Provide guidance on travel regulations, protocols and requirements.

Coordination:

  • Work closely with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell and upsell travel products and services.
