Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, HubSpot, etc.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing concepts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).



Responsibilities & Context:

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by posting content, engaging with the audience, and increasing follower count.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media performance, and other metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality and engaging content for blogs, videos, email newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to optimize campaigns and create personalized customer journeys.

Sales:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and lead generation through online platforms and databases.
  • Engage with leads via emails, calls, and meetings to convert them into customers.
  • Participate in sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain a CRM system, ensuring that customer data is up to date and leads are followed up on.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to adjust marketing and sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on digital marketing and sales performance.
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs of all campaigns and sales efforts to recommend improvements.
