Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile, Diploma in Engineering in Textile
∎ Education qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed for the position

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knitting Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Machine setting & maintenance.
∎ 2. Must follow the preventive maintenance schedule & work accordingly.
∎ 3. Set Machine (cam, needles and sinkers etc.) as per fabric design.
∎ 4. Make sure that fabric quality is ok.
∎ 5. Ensure the maximum utilization of needle, sinker and others parts of the machine.
∎ 6. Conducting awareness and technical programs to operators.
∎ 7. Orders and instruction to subordinates for the achievement of the departmental objectives.
∎ 8. Monitoring the productivity of the machinery.
∎ 9. Monitoring the inspection process quality defects in knitting & take the necessary action.
∎ 10. Knitting specification should be followed up and monitored.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1. Knowledge about both Writing & Speaking in English and Bangla.
∎ 2. Must have knowledge about Computer & ERP program.

Salary: Negotiable
