∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and power point.
∎ Well behaved and convincing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To communicate regularly with the Merchandisers & any other concerned in order to plan raw materials, fabrics, trims & accessories sourcing as per the production schedule.
∎ Implement the cost savings initiatives by developing new sources and long-term contracts to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply.
∎ To ensure the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment to eliminate Non-productive time.
∎ Maintain regular communication & liaise in between suppliers & Commercial Department to congregate ETD, ETA, original shipping documents (Import) etc. to ensure prompt custom clearance and delivery.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating supplier's performance in terms of price, quality & delivery.
∎ Forwarder selection based on negotiated Incoterms.
∎ Controlling the expenditures of the Company
∎ Key responsible to look after Woven Buyers
