∎ Graduation in any Discipline.
∎ Professional courses in SCM will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Direct local procurement of all types of electrical, mechanical, boiler, safety, administrative, and civil construction materials, as per the requirements for selected areas of use.
∎ Conduct periodic market visits to ensure quality assurance and validate suppliers before procurement.
∎ Mitigate supply risks and minimize costs by enrolling genuine manufacturers and suppliers, avoiding local re-traders.
∎ Maintain daily follow-up with site users regarding purchase requisitions (PR), and utilize SAP for Fund approvals/Top sheets, Purchase orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and Bill/Invoice settlements.
∎ Coordinate with stakeholders to meet budgetary requirements and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
