Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recommend and design lucrative and eye-catching tour packages for domestic and international customers that enhance the department's business.
∎ Assist customers with visas Work with vendors to provide competitive tour packages to customers. Negotiate prices with corporate and individual customers to retain the highest commissions, which helps achieve individual and department targets. Processing related queries and coordinating/making liaison with embassies for accomplishing visa issues on time before desired travel to international destinations.
∎ Assist department head in developing and promoting lucrative marketing initiatives in social media and other direct marketing channels to increase sales. Recommend new business development opportunities that enrich the BTTL brand.
∎ Increase social media presence of BTTL services, for instance, Facebook marketing, Twitter, Instagram, etc. through posting regular updates to tour packages and required boosting to reach a wider audience.
∎ Attend phone calls, social media, and email queries for up-to-date information on ticket and tour-related products and prices
∎ Confirm bookings from customers and make timely reservations. Check prices of ticket fares from GDS systems for updates.
∎ Ensure existing and new client visits every week to generate new sales leads.
∎ Develop, attract and retain new customer base, for instance, corporate houses (B2B) for your packages through making thorough plans and keeping up-to-date on market competition, that keeps customer pipeline intact and lowers churn rate
∎ Maintain liaison with travel partners, airlines, hotels to manage booking and schedules.
∎ Ensure multi-tasking through assistance to department colleagues for ticketing and sale of GSA products (Air France, KLM, Delta Airlines, Myanmar Airlines, Rail Europe, etc.) as and when required.
∎ Prepare various sales reports and assist accounts in keeping updates to revenue and profit data.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should know IATA, TOAB, ATAB regulations, GDS systems, laws, and practices; Strong working relations with different vendors/agencies; Experience in recurring correspondence, liaison with customers; Proficient in Business Communication; Proficient in computer applications.
