Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Excellent presentation, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Leadership and Good Communication skill., Negotiation Persuasion Skills, Team management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tour and Travel Agency, sales and marketing, Tour Package and Customer Service, Tourist visa processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration/Visa Processing, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Airline Ticketing & reservation (Domestic, International & Umrah), Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations, and modifications of reservations.
∎ Provide timely direction and supervision to the team in achieving yearly sales targets of all GSA products (Air France, KLM, Delta Airlines, Myanmar Airlines, Rail Europe, etc.), domestic and international tickets, and tour packages.
∎ Plan and develop a comprehensive marketing and sales plan for the department services to enable steady growth. Provide guidelines to Management on strategies to improve sales.
∎ Monitor sales activities in CTG offices and coach team members in realizing their sales targets and potential.
∎ Assist customers with visa processing-related queries and coordinate/make liaison with embassies for accomplishing visa issues on time before desired travel to international destinations.
∎ Deal with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Increase sell-by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour packages, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Promote and execute Tour packages, Hotels Bookings according to the client’s requirement.
