Tendering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In depth knowledge in e-GP Tender Security Submission process and completion of process. FILL, MAP in e-GP etc.
∎ Active participation in e-GP Review Panel with previous track records.
∎ Attending e-GP contract signing processes.
∎ Knowledgeable about Non- Responsive Evaluation Criteria of a Tender.
∎ Experience in e-GP Mandatory Qualification Criterion.
∎ Participating and completing Partner in deeds successfully.
∎ Active participation's of Govt. Tenders with remarkable track records.
∎ Participating in all types of tenders. E.g. OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.
∎ Pro-actively carry out Site Survey of tenders to gather sufficient information from clients, futuristic, advantages/disadvantages of tender sites which might not be covered in tenders.
∎ Attending Pre-bid meetings and techno commercial meeting with clients by collaborating top managements.
∎ Successfully completing Tender Billing Methods.
∎ Sound knowledge in Bank interests rate.
∎ In depth knowledge about BG/ PG margins, Interest Reductions, L/C, Custom's Dealings including VAT, Tax, ATP, AIT, AIT, IT, CD, CNF Dealings etc.
∎ Participating in PSI, PLI inspections at ports if needed.
∎ Contributing in cost and price evaluation e.g. BOQ/Estimate etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 years of experience in a position of same or similar responsibilities of a reputed automobile organization.
∎ Gentle mannered with Smart and Prompt Job Delivery.
∎ Strong Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure and stress.
∎ Time and Target oriented in all works.
∎ The applicants should have experiences in Engineering firms, Group of Companies.
∎ The applicants should have sound knowledge in Website software's to apply in E-tenders.
∎ High Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel with a reasonable typing speed.
