Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. **Job Description**: We're searching for a Marketing Executive who is dynamic and committed, with expertise in marketing, sales, and telemarketing, especially in steel structure sales.
∎ 2. **Preferred Skills**: The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and have hands-on experience in running successful sales campaigns.
∎ 3. **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrated understanding of our offerings, including pre-fabricated steel structures and design consultancy services.
∎ 4. **Sales Targets**: Proactively source new clients and successfully achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ 5. **Client Relationships**: Conduct regular visits to corporate customers and sites across Bangladesh to strengthen client relationships.
∎ 6. **Market Expansion**: Identify and tap into untapped markets to contribute significantly to sales growth.
∎ 7. **Data Management**: Diligently update the customer database with relevant information.
∎ 8. **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional services.
∎ 9. **Sales Techniques**: Utilize a refined sales script to efficiently engage with customers.
∎ 10. **Relationship Building**: Cultivate robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
∎ 11. **Order Processing**: Professionally handle and process customer orders.
∎ 12. **Customer Communication**: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address product and service-related questions.
∎ 13. **Listening Skills**: Skillfully listen to customer needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ 14. **Inquiry Handling**: Proactively ask questions to understand customer requirements and facilitate appointment closures.
∎ 15. **Telephone Sales**: Effectively manage incoming calls and inquiries, promoting and selling our services/products over the telephone.
∎ 16. **Sales Quotas**: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
∎ 17. **Flexibility**: Display readiness to undertake any responsibilities delegated by the management.
