∎ GED, IELTS, TOEFL
∎ Training/Trade Course: Call Center Training
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, Call Center Agent, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call center training, Telecommunication, Telemarketing, telesales
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding the products (pre-fabricated steel structure) and services (design consultancy) offered by the company.
∎ Updating the database with all the customer's information.
∎ Ensuring the customers are satisfied with the services provided to them.
∎ Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
∎ Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
∎ Answering customers' questions in regard to products and services.
∎ Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ Answering customers' questions about the products.
∎ You need to ask questions to understand customer requirements and close appointments.
∎ Receiving calls & customer inquiries and selling services/ products over the telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Meeting sales quotas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
