Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, encompassing pre-fabricated steel structures and design consultancy services.
∎ Proactively sourcing new clients and adeptly achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Conducting regular visits to corporate customers and sites across Bangladesh to strengthen client relationships.
∎ Identifying and tapping into untapped markets to contribute significantly to sales growth.
∎ Diligently updating the customer database with relevant information.
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional services.
∎ Utilizing a refined sales script to efficiently engage with customers.
∎ Cultivating robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
∎ Professionally handling and processing customer orders.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries, and addressing product and service-related questions.
∎ Skillfully listening to customer needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ Proactively asking questions to comprehend customer requirements and facilitate appointment closures.
∎ Effectively managing incoming calls and inquiries, promoting and selling our services/products over the telephone.
∎ Meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
∎ Displaying readiness to undertake any responsibilities delegated by the management.
