Job Context:
∎ We have own modern factory with an impressive one-stop-shop production facility serving apparel identification solution, print and packaging industry.
∎ We are looking highly professional, expertise, dynamic, hardworking, intelligence, self-motivated people for Joint Venture Trims Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Target sales as per marketing plan.
∎ Follow the marketing strategy and plan instructed by the Management.
∎ Lead the team with possible troubleshoot and guidelines.
∎ Sourcing for new buyers/clients and make them updated about company's services toward the customers.
∎ Create and visit new clients to ensure sales of product as per marketing plan.
∎ Assist to pattern programming sample creation, sample Approval final production & delivery.
∎ Follow up the finish processes and give necessary guidelines/support to meet the shipment schedule with quality and to check finishing related issues
∎ Maintain good communication with CS department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have deep knowledge and Experience a woven label, printed labels & Care labels factory.
∎ Working experience in sales & marketing with Garments accessories.
∎ Good understanding in fashion, trends, brands.
∎ Creative and with an open mindset eager to learn.
∎ Having excellent communication skill & pleasant personality.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla English
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company policy.
