Responsibilities & Context:
- Knowledge of detail yarn spinning operation for a spinning mill
- Sound knowledge of mixing, carding, finishing and packaging
- Capable to manage a team, workers for whole production unit
- Capable to do effective production planning and execution
- Know how to reduce wastage, minimize overtime and maximize profit
- Need to be extremely result oriented
- Maintain balance between quality and output capacity8. Have knowledge in production of various count of yarn
