  • 4–5 years of sales experience, preferably in battery and automotive parts sector.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of sales reporting tools is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role

We are seeking energetic and target-driven Sales Executives / Sr. Executives to expand our market presence in the bearing and automotive parts industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales, distribution, and customer relationship management, with a strong focus on achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products (batteries & automotive parts) to dealers, distributors, and retailers.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in assigned territories.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to company sales policies.

  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
