Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and increase Business by following upon potential leads with face to face presentation.
∎ Hard working, sincere and energetic for door-to-door sales. Visit potential customers to prospect for new business.
∎ Monitor & follow-up the individual, monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
∎ Collect market information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Deliver product Knowledge to relevant customer.
∎ Close new business deals by assessing requirements, developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations.
∎ Responsible for business communication with Customer.
∎ Develop strong business relationship with key customer and visit the market on a regular basis.
∎ Be willing to undertake any other duties assigned by the Higher Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years

∎ Applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Corporate Marketing, Tender Business, Customer Support, Marketing, Public Relation, Sales.
∎ Experience in any corrugated Furniture marketing will be preferred
∎ Young Professional must be career oriented.
∎ Must be target oriented, dynamic and confident.
∎ Should have representative attitude and prompt in communication.
∎ Must have confidence and the ability to be persuasive and assertive Negotiating Skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and oral and written English communication skills.
∎ Good projection and time management skills.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must.
∎ Must be a team player, result oriented, smart personality and friendly attitude.
∎ Self-Motivated, Field Visit and able to work under pressure in a fast working environment
∎ Good Presentation Skill.
∎ Documentation skills are very much important.
∎ Should be strong analytical skills, organizational skills, Leadership skills, result oriented and work collaborator.
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Well conversant MS-Office.
