Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify the loophole in the present system and work for continuous development to achieve the highest quality and standard.
∎ Develop quality standards, rules, and regulations to achieve the quality of the garments.
∎ Make Q.A inspection plan with the production and material department.
∎ Take responsibility for overall quality assurance/quality Control in the factory.
∎ Set Q.A team and ensure that targets are achieved.
∎ Responsible to assure overall production quality as a fixed standard.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Setting internal standards as per the customer standards and follow accordingly to achieve the standards.
∎ Maintain controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood & followed.
∎ Initiate systems to improve the quality if necessary.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the higher authority.
∎ Bachelor/ Master Degree from reputed universities of Bangladesh
∎ Skills Required: Quality
