∎ Oriental Ecowoods Ltd. is looking an honest, energetic and punctual Executive/ Sr. Executive (Quality Control Dept.), Oriental Group who has at least 2 years practical work experiences in factory environment.
∎ Candidates will get the Extra Priority, If they have practical experiences in the door or board industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise overall production processes & ensure the product quality by implementing corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity of finished product during delivery.
∎ To Help and motivate the manufacturing staff to achieve goals by proper monitoring and guideline.
∎ Keep records of all the quality parameters during new sample development.
∎ Responsible to ensure the incoming Raw Materials, Packaging Materials; Painting Materials etc. are meeting the quality standard.
∎ Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives.
∎ Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications.
∎ Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers.
∎ Write reports to document deficiencies & errors of products.
∎ Prepare various report and inform the authority time to time.
∎ Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.
∎ Identify and remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in the line of Quality in Furniture Manufacturer, Plastic door Industry.
∎ Analytical abilities, creativity, innovative ideas.
∎ Proven experience as a quality control inspector in the same industry preferred.
∎ Good knowledge about industry products and processes.
∎ Excellent oral and communication skills
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer is must & able to correspond via e-mail.
∎ Knowledge on printing quality of wood items.
