Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize resources including receiving Raw Materials and production equipment to run smooth operation
∎ Supervise operators in order to ensure smooth production of Flexible packaging products
∎ Prepare daily and monthly production plan and execute them in proper way.
∎ Execute the production process as per Standard Operating Procedure
∎ Participate in production process to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of Flexible packaging products
∎ Identify problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions of production
∎ Assist the supervisor to prepare the production budget, develop quality and improve efficiency of production methods
∎ Ensure and monitor employee safety, maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the production premises
∎ Assist the supervisor in order to prepare different types of report (e.g. Production report, production forecast etc.) and submit those to the line manager when required
∎ Maintain communication with other departments for ensuring production in a timely manner

∎ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
∎ Ability of hazard identification
∎ Sound Knowledge about production Machines of Flexible packaging
