Responsibilities & Context:
We are a reputed garment manufacturing & exporting company & we are looking for suitable candidate to fill up the vacant position (Executive/ Sr. Executive- Planning) immediately for one of our Concern.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate & optimize planning for Garments.
- Simplify manufacturing process & increase efficiency & productivity of all orders.
- Preparing workers skill matrix & monitoring production.
- Capacity Study of different sections & process.
- Analyze operation of any new order during sampling stage to correctly predict productivity.
- Should have the leadership capacity & also have ability to run respective factory Planning team independently.
- Preparing SMV database for all styles.
- By time study determining capacity of operators & planning improvement.
- Apply statically methods & perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements & production standard.
- To be calculated cost effective operations bulletin/CPM/CM/ ratio.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
