Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA, MBA from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge and experience in the Stock movement and inventory management system.
∎ Prepare an Inventory report with necessary observations and recommendations to the Management.
∎ Perform duties related to operational data (i.e. MIS system verification, Problem identification, and solving).
∎ Having the capacity to conduct a stock counting as per Team Plan (Weekly, Monthly, or as per management decision).
∎ Distribution point related issues solve linked with the operation (i.e. Invoice maintenance, Purchase book, Sales book, Goods Delivery Note, Goods Receive Note, VAT Act, and others.
∎ Take proper justified action regarding Receivables Collection time, Inventory turn over the period, Return or damage goods issues.
∎ Closely work with the compliance team regarding Trade license registration, BIN Certificate, and TIN certificate availing, renewal, and any other issues.
∎ Banking operations (Correspondence, Signatory approval, Bank Reconciliation, Maintenance Bank Book, etc.
∎ Vendor payment through banking and cash channel for smooth operational business transactions.
∎ Check and Review all kinds of Transactions as per compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
∎ Perform any other tasks assign by the management or authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years experience in FMCG Company in Factory/Depot/Distribution Center.
