Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MIS
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis, Database, MIS Reporting, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Analysis, Database, Microsoft Excel, MIS Reporting, MS Power BI, SPSS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data input, Correction, analysis and make them readily available.
∎ Analyze data to bring visibility of retail counts and growth.
∎ Internal and external all kinds of report presentation and validation.
∎ Communicate with different departments like (Sales, Tele sales, CR etc.) within our Group of Company for MIS related support.
∎ Formatting the information into different reporting systems is planned to be automated with database software.
∎ Prepare different types of sales reports on a daily basis like primary/lifting, non-lifting, secondary, overdue, collection etc. and submit them to the related person & related department.
∎ Generate various sales comparison reports of each product in Monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
∎ Finalize the National Target in every month to discuss with Sales Heads.
∎ Prepare an overdue list on a daily basis and distribute it to concerned representatives of Order Management.
∎ Represent sales report in general & national sales meeting in PowerPoint, Graph, Chart etc.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
