Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactive involvement in handling all merchandising -related functions independently as well as working in close conjunction with design teams members.
∎ Engaging in style-wise critical path analysis, scheduling, and supervising time & action plans in a synchronized manner for ensuring timely closure of development approvals & raw material in-house and on-time delivery.
∎ Engaging in daily interactions with commercial, sourcing department for following up on procurement-related activities with regard to raw materials.
∎ Applicant will be responsible to follow up from enquiry stage to garments shipment while ensuring timely shipment in required quality.
∎ Execute pre-production and production procedures and activities.
∎ Act as the key contract point for suppliers, quality team and buying team for production management.
∎ Must have deep knowledge of all kind of fabrics & accessories.
∎ Follow up trims, accessories, documents and record keeping by ensuring proper material identification.
∎ Collect purchase orders and requisition for materials, goods and supplies.
∎ Deal with non-supplied, damaged goods under and over orders review inventories/quality and order as required maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Need to prepare various reports as per Management Requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have sound knowledge and skills in Fabric Costing, Garments Production, Product Development, Sewing and Finishing.
