Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for raw material (fabrics & accessories) sourcing of lingerie and sportswear production.
∎ Maintain professional relationship with suppliers collects materials samples from supplier and conducts effective market survey for cost effective procurement.
∎ Audit major supplier and makes supplier evaluation reports, prepares supplier database. Collect price quotations, prepares and analyses comparative statement for budgetary control.
∎ Prepare monthly / quarterly / yearly raw material (fabrics & accessories) inventory plan.
∎ Communicates with commercial regarding LC related issues and also settles down cash payment issues in coordination with accounts and suppliers.
∎ Coordinate and maintain effective communication with all departments for delivering the incoming goods.
∎ Present entire procurement plan to the management body and acquires required purchase approval, ensures in-house of raw materials without any delay.
