Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer in CSE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: IT Support Service,IT System Management,MIS
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Database Administrator (DBA), IT System Management, Programmer/ Software Engineer, Security Management of IT System
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible to troubleshoot and configure hardware including PC, Laptop, Network, Printer, Scanner, replacing parts as required, CCTV System.
∎ Will be responsible to install, troubleshoot and maintain Operating Systems (Windows 7, 8 & 10), Linux and others Setup configuration& support of different software solution on various platforms.
∎ Will be responsible to maintain overall IT Service (Hardware, Software - Attendance & Payroll, LAN, WAN), IP CCTV, IP Telephony etc.
∎ Will be responsible to Monitor and maintain Computer Systems and Networks (LAN & WAN).
∎ Will be responsible to installation, maintenance & trouble shooting of File Server, Network, Sharing, Hardware, Software, Scanner, Fax, Printer and Attendance device.
∎ Will be responsible to Access Control System (Computer Application, System's Software configuration etc.).
∎ Will be responsible to handle email application and manage all aspects of system monitoring and reporting.
∎ Will be responsible to maintain database of every Legal & official documents, forms & management reports to minimize the use of the paper.
∎ Will be responsible to maintaining and troubleshooting of troyee software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of pleasantly interacting with different levels of staff.
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Should be dynamic, proactive and target oriented.
∎ Must have good personality and leadership ability.
Salary: Negotiable
