Job Responsibilities:
∎ To understand staffing needs and execute the recruitment process as per plan.
∎ Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and also from offline sources.
∎ Plan recruitment process, including screening, calls, and in-person interviews.
∎ Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details and perform the background check as per policy.
∎ Be a team player and attend job fairs and recruitment events and Lead employer branding initiatives.
∎ Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
∎ Initiate and execute new joiners' onboarding formalities.
∎ Employee file maintain, attendance, lunch time, leave, holiday management,
∎ Monthly report update.
∎ Payroll update.
∎ Rewards program organize.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time
