Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Shipment Documents with concern personnel
∎ Maintain inventory of store by using Modern Inventory Management Software.
∎ Receive store materials (Machinery, Furniture, Civil Construction Material, Electrical Items, Stationary etc) from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document.
∎ Distribute store materials to department as per requisition.
∎ Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
∎ Prepare monthly stock-report regularly.
∎ Maintain store ledgers properly
∎ Make AMS SPR as per company policy.
∎ Make department wise material budget for specific period.
∎ Contact with Commercial department & Transport dept for material delivery on time.
∎ Sign on all MRR, Gate pass & Challan.
∎ Conduct Audit to ensure that material keeping to similarity with software, physical stock & bin card.
∎ Follow up export & import delivery.
∎ Others work when company needed.
∎ To ensure maintain all store area safety and hygienic.
∎ To ensure always communicate with suppliers.
∎ Proper knowledge regarding ERP system.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
