Responsibilities & Context:
  • Verify over all order Status in Knitting Sheet against order details in ERP to find any deviation for planning.

  • Prepare `All Buyer Status` report with key inputs (Fabrication, color, Process type, grey Fabric Qty) for Batching, Dyeing & Finished Fabric Delivery on basis of Order details.

  • Revised all buyer TNA status report for all order based on final plan delivery date from textile.

  • Create Daily Heat Set & Singing Plan on “Dyeing Plan Board”.

  • Review monthly Order Plan of all department (Knitting, Dyeing) & discuss with respective department for any discrepancy/deviation.

  • Revise upcoming day, Weekly Dyeing plan based on priority availability of material & shipment schedule.

  • Review & Revise Monthly/Weekly machine loading planning on `Dyeing Plan Board`.

  • Review & revise Monthly/Weekly machine wise Batch Planning on `Dyeing Plan Board`.

  • Prepare over all chemical requirement sheet for all orders in dyeing function & share it with Dyeing Production Head as per requirement.

  • Monitor actual Dyeing production through “ERP” & resolve any discrepancy found against the plan.

  • Check daily Machine wise Batching & Production status & discuss with Textile team for any deviation against plan.

  • Discuss with knitting & Inventory team for deviation in raw material actual vs plan.

  • Prepare daily dyeing Plan vs Achievement Report.

  • Participate along with dyeing production team in Troubleshooting for different issue related to Dyeing production non adherence of TNA.
