∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
∎ Well Behaved and convincing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan daily finishing operations to ensure quality production and on-time delivery.
∎ Execute work plans in alignment with defined timelines and action strategies.
∎ Set up machine programs, parameters, and synchronizations to maximize capacity utilization.
∎ Supervise all activities of employees working on the finishing floor.
∎ Ensure all buyer requirements related to fabric appearance and lab test results are met.
∎ Carry out all compliance activities related to the finishing department.
∎ Ensure complete safety and security of all employees and machinery on the floor.
∎ Monitor and resolve all quality-related issues within the fabric finishing unit.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to achieve error-free and timely deliveries.
∎ Ensure all finishing tasks—such as labeling, pressing, and tagging—are completed on time.
∎ Manage process loss by analyzing input raw material vs. finished output to optimize results.
∎ Lead research and development activities in the fabric finishing area.
∎ Oversee shade management processes in the fabric finishing department.
