- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Well Behaved and convincing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan daily finishing operations to ensure quality production and on-time delivery.
Execute work plans in alignment with defined timelines and action strategies.
Set up machine programs, parameters, and synchronizations to maximize capacity utilization.
Supervise all activities of employees working on the finishing floor.
Ensure all buyer requirements related to fabric appearance and lab test results are met.
Carry out all compliance activities related to the finishing department.
Ensure complete safety and security of all employees and machinery on the floor.
Monitor and resolve all quality-related issues within the fabric finishing unit.
Coordinate with other departments to achieve error-free and timely deliveries.
Ensure all finishing tasks—such as labeling, pressing, and tagging—are completed on time.
Manage process loss by analyzing input raw material vs. finished output to optimize results.
Lead research and development activities in the fabric finishing area.
Oversee shade management processes in the fabric finishing department.
