Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
∎ The applicant must hold a BSc/ M.Sc in Environmental Science. Otherwise, no application is required.
∎ Skills Required: Communication skills, Documentation, MS Word Excel PowerPoint

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Environmental Compliance, Factory HR Administration, Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure EHS Compliance is well maintained throughout overall factory activities.
∎ Prepare all documents related to EHS - Plan, Policy, SOP, etc.
∎ Conduct risk assessment for every activity and access PPE and awareness program accordingly.
∎ Follow internal & external audits and ensure corrective action plan accordingly.
∎ Prepare training calendar for all workers and conduct training accordingly.
∎ Ensure all committee activities - Fire, Safety & Environment.
∎ Track record of equipment maintenance, energy consumption, waste generation, treatment & disposal, and work for further improvement.
∎ Ensure proper handling of dyes & chemicals - MSDS, people awareness, storage, transportation, distribution, PPE & spill management.
∎ Conduct internal audits periodically and follow corrective action accordingly.
∎ Record all work-related incidents and workout investigation for further improvement.
∎ Analyze MSDS with CAS#, GHS pictogram, cross-check CAS# in ZDHC MRSL and make sure that chemical and out of priorities 11 banned and restricted groups.
∎ Maintain declaration Letter of Dyes and Chemicals as per standard.
∎ Ensure all the Legal, EHS Compliance & Buyer Certifications programs are up to date.
∎ Any other duty assigned by factory management.
∎ Need to look after social compliance part also on a need basis.
∎ Job Location: Savar / Narshingdi

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Job location: it can be Savar or Narshingdi
∎ Candidates with good communication skills will get preference.
