Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting short and long term dealer channel sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current programs.
∎ Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
∎ To work as a team member for marketing and business development for dealers and retailers area wise.
∎ Recommend product or service enhancements to improve product line, customer satisfaction and sales potential.
∎ Preparing dealer channel business plan as per assigned sales target focusing on dealer channel business to fulfill the sales target.
∎ Responsible for creating new dealers nationwide, increasing geographical sales & distribution chain to expand market area coverage.
∎ Build warm and healthy relationship with dealer, distributor, retailer.
∎ Prepare products presentation, visit dealer points to promote our products & services.
∎ Able to supervise the existing dealers and monitor their business performance.
∎ Perform market analysis by staying updated of competitor activities with sales, collection, credit, new product acquisition and report to management accordingly.
∎ Monitoring products stock and coordinate with supply chain to ensure products availability.
∎ Monitoring credit period of individual dealers.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, annual sales, collection and credit report.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management and providing feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Should have good computer skills and proficient user of MS Office.
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
