  •       Provide detailed information for all kinds of services/policies/offers provided by the company
  •       Understand customer requirements and suggest as per requirements
  •       Maintaining high standards in servicing customers
  •       Providing reports as per Management requirements
  •       Other responsibilities as per requirement
