Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge on SLCP, Higg & Performance Data for H&M buyers.
∎ Should have knowledge on certification audit like that-BSCI, WRAP,SEDEX,GOTS,OCS, GRS & ISO.
∎ To communicate with buyer and ensure the liaison as a social compliance issues.
∎ To conduct internal social compliance audit entire the facility, take initiatives to solve all NCs.
∎ To follow-up, monitor and support on CAP Management from our buyers & audit firms time to time assurance the issues given are closed on time.
∎ To monitor and follow up daily basis floor internal audit and take initiative to solve all NCs and monthly basis report submit.
∎ To prepare regular compliance documents for strategic decision making of the management with the consolation.
∎ Any other related task as required by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
∎ Well Behaved and convincing;
