∎ Master's/ MBA/ BBA from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation of the Compliance as per the Compliance standards.
∎ Carry out regular Compliance Audit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Have to be capable successfully face various audit inspection
∎ Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Have to Perform Compliance audit at factories in conjunction with Buyers Compliance guidelines.
∎ To implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct and various compliance issues
∎ To ensure all facilities involving health & safety specially fire safety measures and procedures
∎ Conduct internal audit & do necessary for the corrective actions on daily basis.
∎ Provide different social & environment compliance related training to the worker.
∎ Taking full responsibility of assigned factory EHS and Compliance
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills (Fluent in English Reading & Writing)
∎ Knowledge of BSCI, WRAP, GOTS, OCS, RCS & SEDEX platform.
∎ Knowledge of Corrective Action Cap (CAP) writing.
∎ Knowledge about ACCORD/ALLINACE safety guidelines/manual
∎ Have experience of working in a garments factory and full knowledge of both social and safety compliance requirement
