Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently responsible for the letter of credit review of import and export related documents, including procurement contracts, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.;
∎ Collect and organize various documents, complete various processing of delivery notes, orders, bills of lading, and other documents, enter and archive relevant data;
∎ Track the delivery status of each batch of goods and verify relevant data;
∎ Able to contact freight forwarding companies in a timely and accurate manner for shipment and warehouse delivery work;
∎ Coordinate and communicate with salespeople, production tracking personnel, customers, and freight forwarders in all aspects throughout the entire process;
∎ Familiar with the import and export process of garments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03-05 years of experience of handling commercial operations (especially Export) with a very renowned Groups of Companies in RMG sector.
∎ A very good familiarity with Commercial (Exports) jobs related to garments
∎ Capability to work with Internet/ E-mail
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain, Commercial, Export/Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/C&F
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)
∎ Good communication skills in English & Chinese Language is a plus
∎ Attention to detail & accuracy
∎ Good analytical skills
∎ Good team player
∎ Computer Literacy
∎ Good interpersonal relationship in the working environment with people in the organization and outside and team-work spirit etc.
