Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Interpersonal Skills, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial export import, Customs Bond rules and regulations etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure customs bond related all works
∎ H.S code amendment & inclusion ,
∎ Customs bond audit, general bond issue.
∎ Specimen signature, Lien bank inclusion.
∎ Floor extension, Lay out plan inclusion.
∎ Machinery inclusion, Ownership change/amendment and cutting file settle.
∎ Annual bond license renewal."
∎ Check and monitor Import related documents as import PI, LC, Shipping documents, B/L and confirm to supplier for final proceed btb documents and hand over all documents to the CNF for Ensuring imported goods to our premises without any difficulties.
∎ Maintain good liaison with BGMEA to ensure UD, UD-amendment, FOC UD & FOC recommendation for both import & export. And update online BGMEA portal as per requirement. Update and renewal Documents for avail Group Insurance.
∎ Ensure UD. UD-amendment day basis.
∎ Renewal BGMEA membership and make ensure the ID active for Member & commercial department.
∎ Ensure the renewal of bond license through BGMEA.
∎ "Give support to our Management and merchandiser to get visa for go abroad by collecting visa recommendation of BGMEA and voter inclusion and amendment.
∎ Prepared CO and handover to concern person for collecting from chamber of commerce.
∎ EXP duplicate submit to Bangladesh bank portal within due time
∎ To ensure any other jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about Bangla type
∎ Well conversant in English communication
Salary: Negotiable
