Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA with major in Marketing only, B.Sc/ M.Sc degree in Civil engineering, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering from any reputed/ accredited college or university. (Diploma Engineers who further persuaded B.Sc. degree are discouraged to apply).

Job Context:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and profitably growing sales to achieve yearly sales goals for Geotextiles and other technical textile products. Create awareness of customers on product line and its applications.
∎ Geo-textile Sales Department
∎ The key responsibilities will be making sales calls, contacting customers and making sales presentations, developing and implementing business plans to expand business presence and also identifying key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients.
∎ To Generate sales lead and achieve team's sales target
∎ To Create new account and manage existing account effectively and efficiently
∎ Will also be responsible for preparing price quotations, ensuring product delivery, collecting payment and report to department head and respective department properly
∎ To provide technical oversight on geotechnical and materials testing projects.
∎ Review client invoices for accuracy and evaluation of project profitability

Additional Requirements:
∎ Financial and business management skill. Project cost estimation, project team management
∎ Candidate needs to have good communication skill in English and Bangla to work with both foreign and local consultants.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft office Suite.
