To ensure the accurate and efficient use of dyes and chemicals within the organization, minimizing waste, optimizing costs, and maintaining quality standards. The role involves conducting regular audits to assess the usage patterns, identify potential areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive audit plan, outlining the scope, objectives, and timeline of the audit.

• Conduct regular audits to assess the usage of dyes and chemicals across different departments.

• Review purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation to verify accuracy and compliance with procurement policies.

• Analyze consumption patterns and identify any discrepancies.

• Verify the quality and quantity of dyes and chemicals received and used.

• Assess the effectiveness of inventory management and control systems.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data on dye and chemical usage, consumption rates, and cost.

• Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans.

• Present audit findings to management and recommend improvements.

• Track the implementation of corrective actions and measure their effectiveness.
