Responsibilities & Context:
Manage license orders in the Microsoft portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare organized and timely cost sheets.
Coordinate billing activities with the SI team, ensuring proper documentation.
Handle day-to-day ERP operations efficiently.
Track and follow up on payments in collaboration.
Prepare and analyze aging and financial reports.
Generate cadence call reports and participate in review meetings with Microsoft (Bangladesh & Sri Lanka)
