∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ This candidate should have at least 3 to 10 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.

∎ Manager, Sr. Executive & Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land
∎ Development Industry.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective clients.
∎ To look after client quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
