Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all ship movements including the countdown of every trip while staying at jetty or any destination.
∎ Verify average load draft and amount of transported goods through proper checking and prepare daily/monthly reports accordingly.
∎ Supervise loading and unloading activities in every trip through proper monitoring.
∎ Ensure all types of bills like shipping line expenses, monthly freight bills, dispatch demurrage bills, charter ship bills, etc are prepared properly.
∎ Monitor the allocation of fuel & lubricant oil declaration for vessel movement.
∎ Check & verify the annual inventory report of all ship properties properly.
∎ Prepare annual ship survey-related documents such as survey certificates, bay crossing certificates, registration certificates, port dues & conservancy certificates and submit them to the shipping authority
∎ Check all the documents regarding engines and other equipment of the ship to ensure safe operation
∎ Ensure the proper distribution of emergency contact names, positions, telephone numbers, etc. among the crew members before leaving the shore.
∎ Ensure all safety measures of vessels and cargo operation.
∎ Monitor ship crew and ensure the proper record of all trip rent in the ERP software system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the shipping operation of Lighter or Oil Tanker
∎ Practical Experience in Microsoft Word & Excel.
∎ Interpersonal skills & Physically fit.
∎ Practical experience in ERP Software.
