• Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Manufacturing/Textile Engineering from any reputed university.

• Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Ability to prioritize for deadlines.

• Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude).

• Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.

• Execute daily, weekly and monthly production plans in alignment with order delivery deadlines and also ensure everyday line wise production and efficiency

• Monitor production output and adjust resources as necessary to meet targets.

• Ensure effective line balancing for smooth workflow and optimized operator utilization

• Provide on-the-job guidance and skill development support to operators

• Work closely with the quality team to ensure zero-defect output and reduce rework/rejection.

• Monitor critical quality points or process during production and take immediate corrective actions.

• Ensure proper input & material flow in sewing & Plan on time delivery & execute that plan.

• Co-ordinate with finishing about handover quality pass goods.

• Ensure style wise line sewing machine Layout

• Follow-up everyday line DHU & Finishing Return

• Every months sewing manpower and Staff recruitment plan.

• Attend every PP meeting and ensure all critical process and accessories.

• Coordinate with cutting, printing, finishing, merchandising and design teams to ensure smooth production flow
