Coordination, Factory operations, Layout Skills, Production Planing, Recordkeeping, SEWING, Sewing production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure reception of production plan & preparation of sewing plan accordingly
∎ Ensure organized workstation in the floor
∎ Monitor the DHU report to identify the continious defects & work with the production team to get the output correctly
∎ Conduct Pre-production meeting internally to proceed bulk production
∎ Follow-up layout plan accordingly to approved sample
∎ Ensure availability of Floor In-charge, Line Chief, Supervisor according to necessity in each month & instruct them working procedure
∎ Coordination with cutting and Finishing Department
∎ Lead, direct & supervise the activities of all employees of Sewing Department
∎ Ensure company rules & regulations & Buyer compliance
∎ Ensure all report, record and register preparation, maintain & inform to concerned authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good at problem solving
∎ Self-motivated and pro-active personality
∎ Loyal, honest and dedicated to work and responsibilities
∎ Excellent team player
