Educational Requirements:
∎ At least bachelor degree in computer science program or related field from any reputed university is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Play the leading role in developing the websites of the organization upon discussion with the team
∎ Regular maintenance of the website
∎ Research, document, evaluate, or select alternatives for web architecture and technologies
∎ Use SEO for search engine (google) indexing software, known as "crawlers," to find, scan, and index the website.
∎ Monitor security system performance logs to identify problems and notify the senior team.
∎ Creating database schemas, data migration, transformation, and scripting that represent and support business processes.
∎ Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes.
∎ Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests. Maintenance of server-side templating languages and CSS preprocessors to solve related problems.
∎ Develop web site maps, application models, image templates, or page templates, maintain links to and from other web sites and check links to ensure proper functioning.
∎ Closely work with SD (Software development), RKM (Research and Knowledge management), CBD (Communication and Business Development) and FO (Finance and Operation) team.
∎ Regular update of website and social media pages of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience as web-developer/WordPress/ PHP expert/ developer/ or related role in a reputed IT firm, or other relevant organization. Candidates having the adequate knowledge and experience in digital marketing and content preparation will get advantage/preferences.
∎ Adequate knowledge on WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant web design coding languages to create and test applications for websites.
∎ Ability to work with SEO (search Engine Optimization) to improve the site for search engines.
∎ Adequate knowledge of image authoring tools, ability to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
∎ The candidate should have up-to-date knowledge on online coding system and website's functionality or appearance, and need to be sure they aren't missing key details. When troubleshooting, need to be able to know where to look for the problem and solution.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The candidate should be able to juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines.
∎ Enthusiasm for delivering projects within given timeframe.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication and proficiency in both Bangla and English is required.
∎ A structured and transparent approach to your work delivery, so that your work can be picked up and understood by colleagues.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
